The collaboration between MOME and John von Neumann University has reached a milestone by representing SUPERMOTO, an e-motorcycle developed by the two universities' students and teachers, in an international e-vehicle summit.
Our Alumni volunteer, a PhD student of the Faculty of Agriculture, Food Science and Environmental Management of the University of Debrecen was elected member of the scientific advisory board of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization. The focus of Ayaz Mukarram Shaikh's research is the development of innovative, functional, and sustainable food products.
The postgraduate training program will provide participants with knowledge that they can use throughout their clinical careers, said Rector Dr. Béla Merkely. Harvard Medical School and Semmelweis University continue to welcome applications from young clinicians, PhD students, postdoctoral fellows and residents with experience in academic activities, who are interested in health research and envision a future in clinical practice.

The University of Debrecen and Thales Alenia Space, an international company specializing in the space industry, are planning to launch cooperation in the field of space implementation manufacturing and space communication. Recently the university served as the venue for representatives to discuss the possibilities of working together on joint projects.
Starting from this semester, students can also take an accredited Permaculture Design Course (PDC). The full-house public launch event took place on 4 March in the MOME Auditorium, introducing permaculture as a design system and approach that simulates ecological processes in nature and draws on the synergies between landscape, man and natural resources.
