We are proud of the achievements of the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program and the fact that more and more students choose our country and have the chance to select from more than 600 full degree and non-degree programmes, from 28 Hungarian universities. In addition, the Scholarship Programme aims to support the constant development and expand the opportunities each year.
The partnership is based on bilateral education agreements between Hungary and the governments of the sending parties. The Stipendium Hungaricum is already available on five continents in almost 90 countries and territories. We are happy to announce that this list has been extended to include 4 new countries. For the first time application is available for students from Botswana, Burundi, Sri Lanka, and the United Arab Emirates. In addition, from this application period Peruvian students can apply for the scholarship not only in the framework of the Pacific Alliance framework, but also independently.
Applicants will be able to choose from an ever-growing number of programmes taught in English, covering all higher education fields at all study levels offered by the most renowned Hungarian universities. If you wish to see the list of programmes available, check out our Study Finder.
