Feifei Wang is a 27 years old girl. She is Chinese while she lives in Hungary right now in the capital city, Budapest. She studied public health during her master’s study in University of Debrecen.
The 22 representatives of Semmelweis University altogether received 21 awards at the VIII International Scientific Conference in Moscow. The student group of Semmelweis University was accompanied by Dr. Béla Merkely, President of the Students’ Scientific Association (TDK), awardee of the Doctor Honoris Causa Award of People’s Friendship University of Russia (PFUR).
On the basis of the statistics prepared by the Educational Authority, the highest number of applicants applied to Semmelweis University regarding the undivided MSc trainings. During this year’s application period altogether 106 000 students have sent in their applications to higher-education institutions in Hungary, out of which 91 000 students applied for tuition free training at the first place, while 15 000 students applied for the fee paying training at the first place.
The Semmelweis Foundation located in Vienna has organized its international conference entitled Conference on Hospital Hygiene and Patient Safety for the second time on March 7-8, 2017 in Budapest. During the opening ceremony of the 2-day conference among others Dr. Ágoston Szél, Rector of Semmelweis University held an opening speech, as the leader of the largest and most renowned institution bearing the name of Ignaz Semmelweis.
