Despite the summer break period the Hungarian stand was popular in Astana and Almaty as well attracting students interested in scholarships and studying in Hungary in general. Not only college students but also high school pupils and their parents were curious about the study offer of Hungarian higher education. The fair was also a good occasion for Kazakh education experts who were seeking ties with Hungarian higher education institutions with special regard to Erasmus+ opportunities.
The educational fair was organized in parallel with World’s Fair Expo 2017 which made the event even more prestigous.
