The University of Sopron is an important intellectual, educational and research centre in the Western Transdanubia Region, in the historical city of Sopron.

Our community respects the memory of its predecessors dating back to the 18th century but uses modern tools and methods to meet the challenges and expectations of the 21st century.

We offer 3 bachelor programmes, 10 master programmes and 3 PhD schools at our four Faculties in English language for international students along the fields of economics, pedagogy, forestry, wood engineering and creative industries.
