Gál Ferenc University is a Catholic HEI, located in Szeged, Southeastern Hungary. GFU dates back to 1930 and now has four faculties: 1) Faculty of Theology, 2) of Education, 3) of Health and Social Sciences, and 4) of Economy.
GFU considers it a priority to perform at a high level academically. Our instructors and professors publish in international journals and teach scientifically up-to-date information at their pertaining field of research. We are also motivated to participate in internationalization at the highest level and dynamism. An emphatic element in the strategy of our college is the strengthening and extension of our international relations. On the one hand teacher and student mobilities mean professional development for both institutions, on the other hand it is important for us that our students gain international experience through studies conducted either during one semester or professional practice.
