New event of the Hungarian as a Foreign Language Club at Pázmány Péter Catholic University

Pázmány Péter Catholic University organized a Hungarian as a Foreign Language Club (HFL) for the first time in the spring semester of the 2021/22 academic year for those international students in Hungary, who were interested in practicing Hungarian in an informal session.

The first club session in spring was organized around the themes of spring and Easter. Dóra Magyarfalvi taught the participants a word bush memory game, while Henriett Papp gave a short, colorful presentation on Hungarian Easter traditions and taught the students the most popular Hungarian "sprinkler" poem. The participants of the HFL-club also discussed the similarities and differences between Easter traditions in their countries.

The next club session will be on Saturday, 30th April 2022, when HFL teachers will organize a bus trip to the Szentendre open-air museum.
